Ruby Homes provides a 25-year structural guarantee for every new home. This guarantee is subject to the home being maintained in accordance with the CSIRO’s guide to foundation maintenance. We also engage independent quality inspectors to provide a transparent audit of the home upon completion. Full details are provided in your building contract.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in the event of any legal dispute arising from the use of this website.
